Our team come from a range of backgrounds and levels of experience but we’re all passionate about doing work we love and having fun along the way. We’re looking for a mid-level Client Success / Digital Account Manager to join our team who shares our passion for helping businesses and charities grow. We’re based just outside of Maidstone, Kent, and we’ve recently moved into a brand new, state of the art office.
You’ll work alongside our company director and project manager across our various client accounts and relationships. You’ll be the main point of contact and you’ll focus on being the friendly, positive face of the company and ensuring all clients get the best possible experience from working with us. You’ll be their day-to-day point of contact, answering questions and relaying information whilst working closely with the Project Manager to ensure their projects run smoothly. You’ll be on hand via email and telephone and will also be involved with meetings, both virtual and face-to-face. The role is focussed around customer care but there will be a certain amount of new business involved, so you’ll also work with the company director to coordinate and attend initial new business meetings, as well as estimating, quoting, writing proposals, and following up to gain client sign off on new projects. We have an established way of doing this so training and mentoring will be provided.
