Supersonic announced as winners in 2021 Company Culture Awards

Last night (27^th April), Supersonic Playground were announced as winners for the Best Culture Transformation Initiative in the 2021 Company Culture Awards, sponsored by Don’t Panic Events.

The awards recognise organisations that focus on tackling workplace problems, supporting staff, promoting wellbeing, and rewarding good work to build solid relationships and employee engagement.

At Supersonic Playground, cultivating a culture we can be proud of has always been one of our top priorities, but especially over the last 12 months during such difficult times when our team has had to adapt to a challenging environment and a change to how we work and interact with each other, including working from home, onboarding new starters remotely, and furlough. We couldn’t be prouder of our fantastic team and how everyone has pulled together to support each other as we’ve navigated the pandemic.
