How soon can you help?
Call during working hours so we can confirm availability and the next step. Timing depends on the problem and the access available. We don’t promise a recovery time before assessment.
Will my content be recoverable?
That depends on the damage and available backups. We’ll explain what we find and the recovery options before proceeding. We can’t guarantee that all content can be recovered.
Do I need to move hosting?
Not necessarily. If the host is part of the problem, we’ll explain the options. A repair does not require a move to our Care plan.
