Existing-site onboarding is £395 after assessment, waived on Care + Improve. Initial 12-month term. Prices exclude VAT.
Hours are a monthly allowance and don’t roll over. Extra time is £95 an hour, charged in half hours. Larger jobs are scoped and agreed separately. Support: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm.

What happens before the monthly plan starts?
We assess the site first. Onboarding is £395, and it’s waived on Care + Improve. Existing issues, hosting requirements and any remedial work are agreed before we take responsibility.
Can I change plans?
We discuss the right level of support as your needs change. Upgrade, downgrade and cancellation arrangements must be confirmed in your service agreement.
What happens when I use all my hours?
We stop and agree the next step. Additional work is estimated and approved separately, rather than silently creating an extra bill.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT.
