Established in 2006, Superior Healthcare is a leading provider of complex care-at-home services based in Kent, UK. The organisation specialises in delivering personalised care solutions for individuals with intricate health needs, enabling them to receive high-quality care within the comfort of their homes. Superior Healthcare’s services encompass domiciliary care, hospital discharge support, learning disability assistance, supported living, live-in care, and respite care. Their commitment to excellence is evident in their availability, offering services seven days a week, 52 weeks a year.

The Challenge

By 2019, Superior Healthcare’s existing website had become outdated and no longer accurately represented the organisation’s growth and the breadth of services offered. The site failed to effectively attract new clients or generate leads and inquiries. Additionally, in a competitive market, the website did not adequately support the recruitment of care staff, a critical component of their operations.
