The Background

Established in 1880, the Hythe Imperial Hotel is a luxury Victorian seafront hotel located in Hythe, Kent. With a rich history spanning over a century, the hotel offers 92 individually designed bedrooms, fine dining experiences, a health spa, gym facilities, and versatile venues for both corporate and public events. Its Victorian architecture and panoramic sea views make it a distinguished destination on the Kent coastline.

The Challenge

Over time, the Hythe Imperial’s website had become outdated and cluttered, failing to reflect the hotel’s high-end status and comprehensive service offerings. The site’s design and structure were not aligned with the hotel’s premium brand, negatively impacting marketing efforts and user engagement. A modern, user-friendly website was needed to accurately represent the hotel’s luxury experience and facilitate better interaction with potential guests.
