Established in 1995, Ridgeview is a family-owned English sparkling wine producer located in the South Downs of Sussex, UK. As pioneers in the English wine industry, they have garnered international acclaim for their traditional method sparkling wines, crafted from classic grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. Beyond wine production, Ridgeview offers a range of experiences, including an on-site shop, guided tours, wine tastings, and dining at their vineyard restaurant, The Rows & Vine. They also operate a comprehensive eCommerce platform, allowing customers to purchase their award-winning wines and related products online.

The Challenge

Over the years, Ridgeview’s website had become outdated, no longer reflecting the brand’s evolution and esteemed market position. The site’s development had been piecemeal, resulting in fragmented systems for critical functions such as bookings and the online shop. This disjointed infrastructure led to inefficiencies and a suboptimal user experience. Following a comprehensive rebranding initiative, Ridgeview Recognised the need for a new eCommerce website that would cohesively represent their brand and streamline their digital operations.
