The Background

The International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA) is a professional membership organisation dedicated to professionals in the field of relational transactional analysis. They offer annual memberships that provide various benefits, including real-world events, training sessions, news updates, insights, and access to both physical and digital resources.

The Challenge

Despite experiencing significant growth, IARTA’s previous website had become outdated and lacked the technical capabilities to support their expanding membership base. The site did not facilitate online membership management, requiring the administrative team to handle memberships manually, which was time-consuming and inefficient. Additionally, the website’s dated appearance did not reflect the organisation’s professional image, and it failed to effectively showcase the benefits of membership.

Our Solution

To address these challenges, we collaborated closely with IARTA to develop a new, custom hybrid brochure and eCommerce website. Key features of the solution included:

1. Modern Design: We created a fresh and contemporary design that effectively conveys the features and benefits of becoming an IARTA member, enhancing the organisation’s online presence.
2. Integrated eCommerce System: The new website includes a comprehensive eCommerce system with a membership sign-up page, allowing members to purchase and renew their memberships directly through the site. This system supports automatic annual renewal payments, streamlining the membership process.
3. Exclusive Members Area: We developed a secure, members-only area featuring special content and resources, such as training materials, books, products, and a forum for member interaction.

The redesigned website now serves as a central hub for IARTA’s community, facilitating efficient membership management and providing valuable resources to support the professional development of its members.
