Owl Group
The Background
Owl Group was formed to bring two housing businesses under one structure. Owl Homes builds private new homes, and Owl Partnerships works with housing associations, local authorities and landowners on affordable and mixed-tenure schemes. The group is based in Tamworth and works across the East and West Midlands.
The Challenge
The group needed its own website to explain how the two businesses fit together. Its audience is landowners, agents, partners and future staff, not homebuyers, so it had to give them a clear way in without competing with the Owl Homes website, which we also built.
Our Solution
We designed and built the site on WordPress, and the team can change page layouts themselves as the group grows. It has a section for each audience: landowners can find out how Owl assesses and brings forward land, partners can see what Owl Partnerships offers, and job seekers can browse current vacancies.
Projects and news show what the group is delivering, and the contact page sends enquiries to the right regional team.
