The Background

Owl Homes is a housebuilder and part of Owl Group. It builds new homes across the Midlands, with developments in Derbyshire, Gloucestershire, Leicestershire and Staffordshire.

The Challenge

A housebuilder’s website has one main job: help people find a home they like and take the next step. Owl Homes needed buyers to find developments near them, see which homes are available and understand the ways they could buy. Behind the scenes, the sales team needed to keep developments, house types and plots up to date without asking us every time something sold.

Our Solution

We designed and built the site on WordPress. Developments, house types and individual plots are managed separately, so a house type is set up once and used across every development that offers it, and plot availability is updated in one place.

Buyers can search by location or postcode and browse developments as a list or on a map. Pages on the ways to buy, including the Early Bird Scheme and Discounted Open Market Sale, explain each option in plain terms. Customer stories and the Home Hub help people who are still deciding.
