The Challenge

Barracuda Search is one of London’s premier executive recruitment agencies, based near Piccadilly Circus with an international reach. With a strong background in consumer, fashion, retail and leisure, they have grown to be a leader in high-level executive search, with a large roster of big-name clients including Amazon, ASOS and Odeon. When we first met them, their old website was underperforming and in need of a complete overhaul to better communicate their top tier position and global presence.

Our Solution

We set about creating a completely new responsive custom WordPress website that would present Barracuda Search as established, trusted and high-level. Using their existing brand, we paired back their colour palette and used a cleaner, lighter, more minimal look and feel contrasted by striking black and white photography. The new website didn’t need to be overly detailed, but instead focused on showcasing their exceptional experience in their specific industries, and also the high-profile brands that they work with.

The Results

Barracuda Search’s new custom WordPress website is a world away from their previous website and perfectly communicates their stature as the leaders in high-level executive search in London. The new website is now a benchmark for their industry and has helped them to further their successful growth.
