Is hosting included?
It certainly is. We include 1 year’s fast and secure WordPress hosting free with all our web builds. The hosting renews annually on the anniversary of the website’s launch and costs £325+VAT on renewal each year.
What about domains?
If you already have a domain then we can use this for the website or if you need us to source a domain for you, we can do this for a small cost.
What about emails?
Sorry, we don’t setup or host email accounts.
Who adds the products to the website?
We make the process of adding the products to the website as easy as possible. If you’re able to supply us with your products in a spreadsheet such as Microsoft Excel or similar, then we can automatically import them into the website. We can help you set the spreadsheet up. We also include free WordPress CMS training with your website and it’s so easy to use that if you’re familiar with Microsoft Word then you should be comfortable uploading the products yourself.
What payment merchants can I use?
WooCommerce integrates with most of the well-known payment gateways such as PayPal, SagePay, Stripe, WorldPay, Amazon Pay and many more. Custom integrations with certain providers are also possible at an additional cost.
