Syncbox is an innovative recessed wall socket that can be configured to any specification through a series of connected modules and allows items like TVs to be mounted closer to a wall. The company’s two founders appeared on Dragons’ Den in 2015 and secured investment funding from Deborah Meaden.
Syncbox’s original website had played a crucial role in the launch of the product and the company’s steady growth since 2015. However, by 2017, they had expanded the capability of the Syncbox product and were seeking a new website that would propel them to the next level.
The solution we delivered
To support Syncbox with their ambitious growth plans, we set about creating a completely custom website leveraging WordPress, with an integrated online shop (using WooCommerce) to enable customers to make purchases via the site.
Before our designers set to work, we carried out a user experience phase and worked closely with the client’s team to establish the new site structure. We then produced several elegant and professional visual designs and illustrations to amplify their brand identity online.
The primary focus of the new website was to communicate the unique benefits of Syncbox and appeal to their primary market of property developers and professional building contractors.
The updated Syncbox website launched in 2017 and is a stylish and modern representation of their unique, innovative offering. The new website streamlines user experiences and perfectly showcases the product’s benefits. The new website has also provided a real return on investment through consistently strong sales through its online shop.
